The North Platte Telegraph Nebraskans will be unable to file unemployment claims by phone Thursday and Friday. According to Nebraska Workforce Development regional director Stacy Brown, the phone system at the Nebraska Department of Labor Claims Center will be shut off while the office is moved to another location.
